How do I create an account?

You create an account when you first open the app. This involves your email address, your chosen sign-in method and a technical user ID. An account is required so your data is stored safely across devices.

Which sign-in methods are available?

You can register with email and password, or use “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google”. Passwords are processed exclusively in encrypted form by our authentication provider — we have no access to your password.

I forgot my password — what now?

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen; you will receive an email at your registered address. If you signed in with Apple or Google, there is no separate password on our side — manage access directly in your Apple or Google account. If you get stuck, support@ryvion.de will help.

Question 4

What is the minimum age for using Ryvion?

Ryvion is intended for people aged 16 and over; younger people may not use the app. Your age is requested during registration. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 16, we delete the account and its associated data.

Can I use Ryvion on more than one device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your licence covers the Apple devices you own or control, within the usage rules of Apple’s media services. Simply sign in on the second device with the same account. The account itself is not transferable and is not meant to be shared with others.

Question 6

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

You can permanently delete your account at any time in the app settings. All personal data is deleted without undue delay; technical backup copies are overwritten within a maximum of 30 days. Cancel any running subscription separately in your Apple account — deleting the account does not end it automatically.
