What do RIR and 1RM mean?

RIR means “reps in reserve” — how many further repetitions you could have done at the end of a set. 1RM is the estimated maximum weight for a single repetition. Ryvion uses both to keep progressions realistic; there is also a 1RM calculator that runs entirely on your device.
