How do I get started with Ryvion?

Download Ryvion from the App Store, create an account and go through the onboarding. There you enter your goals, your level, your equipment and your time budget. After that you can start logging meals and activities right away — the core features are free forever.

Which devices does Ryvion run on?

Accepted Answer

Ryvion is available for iPhone and iPad. There is currently no Android version. You need a device with a current operating system and an internet connection; any costs for that, such as your mobile data plan, are yours.

What does Ryvion cost?

The Free version is free forever and ad-free. Pro costs €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, Ultra €12.99 per month or €99.99 per year (incl. VAT). You will find a full comparison on the pricing page.

What information do I need for onboarding?

Accepted Answer

You will be asked for your age, gender, height, weight and target weight, optionally body fat and muscle percentage, plus your activity level, training goals, available equipment and time budget. From this the app calculates your basal metabolic rate, energy requirement and your calorie and macro targets. The more accurate your input, the more useful the recommendations.

Why do I have to consent to health data processing?

Training, nutrition and well-being data are legally treated as special categories of personal data. Ryvion therefore obtains your explicit consent on a dedicated screen before collecting any of it. Without this data the app’s core features cannot be provided. Details are in the app privacy policy.

Which languages is Ryvion available in?

Accepted Answer

The app and the website are available in German and English. The app follows your device language setting. On the website you can switch between DE and EN in the top right corner.
