Pro adds in-depth statistics, your own recipes with preparation mode, supplement tracking and unlimited NutriScout. Ultra unlocks all AI features without limits and is the only plan that includes ACE. Every plan is completely ad-free.

How do I purchase a subscription?

Subscriptions are purchased and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store. The price and term are shown in the store before you buy. Ryvion never receives payment or credit card details — only the information about which plan is active for you.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your subscription renews for the same term unless you cancel before the current period ends. Billing is handled by Apple, usually up to 24 hours before the new period starts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation is handled in your Apple account: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the purchased features until then. Ryvion cannot cancel subscriptions for you because billing sits with Apple.

Can I get a refund?

Because purchase and payment run through the Apple App Store, refunds follow Apple’s process — use “Report a Problem” at reportaproblem.apple.com. Consumers additionally have a statutory right of withdrawal; the details and a model form are in the withdrawal instructions.
