Ryvion is an iOS app for training, nutrition and lifestyle. At its core is ACE, an adaptive coaching engine: it builds a training plan from the user’s own input and develops it further with every completed workout. Alongside this are nutrition tracking with AI support, a journal and seven calculators. The app is ad-free and available in a permanently free version.

Ryvion is an iOS app for training, nutrition and lifestyle, developed as the independent project of a single person. At its heart is ACE, the Adaptive Coaching Engine: it builds a training plan from the user’s goal, training level, available equipment and time budget, and develops it further with every completed workout — including when sessions are missed or turn out shorter than planned.

Training is complemented by nutrition tracking with AI support, a journal for mood, sleep and water intake, and seven calculators for calorie needs, macronutrients, maximal strength and body composition. A knowledge base explains the fundamentals behind them.

Ryvion is entirely ad-free and does not sell user data. Data is processed on servers in the European Union; AI features require explicit consent, and the content transmitted is not used to train AI models. Alongside a permanently free version there are two subscriptions, Pro and Ultra.

The app is available for iOS and iPadOS in German and English. Ryvion is a fitness and lifestyle product, not a medical device, and does not replace medical advice.
