How do the allowances work?

In Free and Pro each AI feature comes with a one-time allowance so you can try it at no extra cost. Once it is used up, the feature stays locked until you move to Ultra (for NutriScout, Pro is enough). In Ultra your allowance renews every day — currently around 30 requests to the AI assistant per day. Once a day’s allowance is used up, the feature is available again automatically the next day. ACE has its own weekly allowance that also renews automatically. The app shows you where you stand; your existing training plan, your tracking and your statistics are never affected by these limits.
